Shipment Confirmation

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates generally become available within 24–48 hours after the package has been scanned by the shipping carrier.


Shipping Limitations

To ensure accurate delivery, please be aware of the following:

  • We do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
  • Orders cannot be redirected or modified after processing has begun.
  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.
  • Petaletta cannot be held responsible for packages delayed or returned due to incorrect address information.

Delivery Issues

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) (if applicable)
  • Photos of the shipping box and shipping label
