Refund policy

At Petaletta, we want you to enjoy shopping with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy outlined below.


Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn.
  • Unwashed and in excellent condition.
  • Original tags must remain attached.
  • Free from perfume, makeup, stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of use.
  • Returned with the original packaging whenever possible.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.


Non-Returnable Products

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Underwear & Lingerie
  • Bras & Shapewear
  • Earrings
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear with the hygiene seal removed
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Gift Cards
  • Final Sale / Clearance products
  • Items damaged through improper use, washing, or normal wear

How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, please contact our Customer Care Team.

Please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

After your request has been reviewed, we'll provide return approval along with detailed return instructions.

Please do not return merchandise without prior authorization.


Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

This includes situations such as:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Changing your mind

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Petaletta cannot be responsible for return parcels lost during transit.


Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping package and shipping label

Once verified, we'll arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.


Refund Process

After your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has already been shipped, cancellation requests can no longer be accepted.


Important Information

Please note:

  • We do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be modified once order processing begins.
  • Customers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address during checkout.

Return Address

The business address shown on our website is not our return warehouse.

Please contact our Customer Care Team first to receive the correct return address and return authorization before sending any merchandise back.
